Account deletion
How to request removal of a Wrengo account and associated pilot data.
From your account
Open Profile & security, type DELETE and submit the request. Wrengo signs out all browser sessions immediately and records the request for controlled processing.
Without account access
Contact support@orioleone.com from the account email. Identity checks may be required before data is removed.
Retention
Some limited records may need to be retained where required by law, dispute handling or security. Final retention periods require approval before launch.
